Hello Kaleidoscope Divers,
Wow, what a great three days
of skydiving! It is hard to imagine that we did all that we did in
only 11 jumps!
All the elements really came
together for us this year - fabulous weather, beautiful venue, great aircraft,
challenging but attainable dive sequences, talented organizing team, world
class camera flyers, and a very highly-skilled roster of skydivers.
The key to our success, however,
was the great teamwork and positive attitude among all the players. With
such a short event, it is difficult for any group to come together and
start functioning as a team. But we seem to have done this is a very big
way. Within a couple jumps, we were riding that magic bubble, and kept
it fully intact for the entire event.

In addition to achieving some great
skydiving accomplishments, we were also able to obtain some data that will
be especially useful for the World Team record attempts coming up in January
/ February. When that new world record is set in Thailand, the 2003 Kaleidoscope
Divers should be most proud of their role in helping to make it happen.
To highlight our memories
of these wonderful jumps, Craig O'Brien, Gustavo Cabana, JC Colclasure,
and Norm Kent are all making their stills available for our viewing pleasure.

As for video, Craig O'Brien will
be making a high quality dub of all dives from all camera-flyers onto VHS,
and adding a music track. These videos will be available for participants
for a fee of $20.00 plus $3 for shipping and handling. Please contact Craig
if you are interested in obtaining these moving memories.
Thank you all for participating
this year, for skydiving so well, for maintaining such a positive can-do
attitude, for getting up so early, and for focusing so well on the task
at hand!! What an awesome Kaleidoscope Team!!
Until next year...
